Lower Back Pain Therapy and Treatments

Did You Know that Muscle Imbalances are a Major cause for Lower Back Pain?

Leading back pain specialist, Jesse Cannone, speaks about lower back pain and how muscle imbalances are a major cause for this common ailment. Why do so many people suffer with lower back pain and back pain in general?  Because one of the biggest reasons that most of the treatments and therapies that are performed for lower back pain are all physical , they focus only on the body. The body is just one piece of the puzzle. Yes, it is a big piece but it is only one piece.

You also need to realize that your diet and your mind play a large part in your treatment. If you want to get lasting lower back pain relief you need to realize that you as a person are more than just your body. Your mind and your diet play very big roles in how healthy you are and the ailments you may be experiencing.

Most lower back pain treatments focus on the symptoms, and not the causes of pain.

You go to a chiropractor, they manipulate the spine and tell you that the cause of your lower back pain is because your spine is out of alignment.  This may be true, but there is more to it than that. The question is Why is your spine out of alignment?  The lower back pain doesn’t happen on its own. Your muscles and your tendons and ligaments pull your body and your spine out of alignment, it just doesn’t happen by itself.
